I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are amazing, friendly, and pleasant every time I visit. The drive-thru is consistently fast and efficient, making it easy to grab my coffee and breakfast on busy mornings. The store is always clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotless, which is something I really appreciate. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing excellent customer service and keeping the restaurant welcoming for customers. Ordered from door dash. I have a disabled son and its a challenge to get out at times. I ordered an ice cap and a few other cold drinks and bam no straws. Called and complain and got lack of a decent response and the inconvenience. I called head office and complained and than here I am ordering again thinking no way they can forget the straws after the massive deal I made and welp forgot the straws again!!! I did a mobile order breakfast sandwich with 2 eggs. I didn’t check and left as I was getting late for work and found out they only had one egg in my sandwich no big deal we all forget. They quite literally can never get a drink order correct. They either overload with too much sugar or none at all. Can never use the correct milk alternatives. Always end up wasting money at this location.
