6 workers behind the counter! 2 guest sitting and eating. Two in line….. 13 min before one of them can and took our order????? My cilantro lime chicken wrap? It was check. Wrap. No cilantro and no lime whatsoever!!??? Places like these turn me right off from take out food and it’s a shame.

I work our of Boundary Bay and frequent this Tims about 4 days a week. Its the only tims on my way. However, I have gotten to know the staff and their... shortcomings. I am not typically one to write bad reviews, but despite this Tim's decent product their service is exceptionally poor. I am regularly overcharged (like getting regular timbits after buying the new worldly flavours), misunderstood over the speaker, and not informed my $ total before they're visibly angry that I have hesitated. Every time at the window I am asked to "please hold on".... and they never have me waiting for somethin

Sukhwinder and Lovepreet were both very friendly, respectful, and helpful. My wife had a really good experience because of their warm smiles and positive attitude. They took the time to help her kindly and made her feel very welcome. It’s always nice to see people who truly care about customers and treat everyone with respect. I buy from them about twice a week, and honestly, there’s never been a time where something didn’t go wrong orders are slow, incomplete, or just plain wrong. I only decided to leave a review now because it really feels like this needs to be addressed. This is the only branch where I’ve experienced service this bad. First, the wait times are always long from lining up at the drive-through to actually getting your order. What’s worse is they make you wait in the parking area, which defeats the whole purpose of using the drive-through in the first place you’re there to get your food quickly and g
