Cozy and delicious! Mill Town Roasters is a very charming and cozy coffee spot in downtown. The coffee is excellent, and they have a great selection of fresh pastries and sandwiches. Everything tastes homemade and high quality. A lovely place to stop by for a good coffee and a bite. Highly recommend!

The coffee is good. Very distinct roasted flavour. Can’t say it’s my thing. It’s very unique. Which is great if that roasted flavour is your thing. It’s a must try! They have a huge bonus of an actual mug not just a disposable paper cup! Matcha was great. Dark in flavour and well delivered! Cinnamon sugar donut was perfect. Old fashion way of making a donut. All pastries are divine even though I didn’t try them all, they all look like they need me to try each!! 😂 nice outdoor seating area.

Mill Town Roasters is likely the best spot in Fredericton for a cappuccino. The coffee is consistently well made, with good balance and flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and the young, friendly staff add to the overall experience. For anyone visiting from out of town, it’s worth making the trip. I just wish this coffee shop were available in Montreal too.
