parisa mofidi★It is the most disappointing experience for placing an order. I placed an online order in November, but unfortunately, I never received it. When I called them after waiting for 2 hours, nobody answered. It was only when I personally went to the location that I discovered it was closed for renovation. Not only did they take my money for an undelivered order, but I also never received a refund. Despite calling KFC 10 times to request a refund, all I got were apologies with no action taken. In one word, the service is terrible!
