I have a coupon for a free 1 large pizza.it says it is redeemable in all cambridge,kitchener,elmira, 3+ other locations. It says it can be used with delivery. They were given away at a draw, so originally purchased, not free. When I wanted it delivered they said I was out of the delivery range. I have used these types of coupons at there location once before. They said that we had to call the other closest location (.1km further way). I didn't want to argue so I called the other location. I ordered online for a large 5 item pizza. When i got to the store for pick-up they made a medium pizza instead of a large. They picked up on their error and proceeded to make me a large pizza just as i arrived. They described to me their error and although i had to wait another 10 minutes my order was complete and delicious. They were very courteous about their error and gave me my large pizza along with the medium one. Thank You all very much.
