A great place to be if you are looking for an elevated dining experience. Prices are reasonable considering the chef’s skills and services we had. Just by tasting the first dish (amazing blood sausage with cabbage sauce), I know food here are just not “food”, a lot of thoughts are putting into combining ingredients, creating texture, and the use of interesting culinary skills to create the best/most thoughtful dishes. One of the best dining experience I have in Quebec (and I have been to many!). Kudos to the chef’s skills and the amazing servers that took care of us! Will come back again next
