Despite seeing a few negative reviews, we decided to give Planet Bean Coffee – Garage a try, and we’re so glad we did! The iced Americano was absolutely epic – you can truly taste the difference in quality from their fairtrade beans. We also tried a vegan cookie, and it was just as impressive: fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The vibe of the place is warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Sometimes taking a chance really pays off – highly recommend stopping in!

I'm editing my review of Planet Bean Coffee. Initially, I never received my online order. I placed my order through their website on Jan 28/26 and selected Priority Express shipping mode which is three days. By February 11 I was really fed up of waiting for this expensive bag of beans so I emailed them on that Wednesday and cancelled my order. They responded right away explaining that they had difficulties with their supply chain. Why bother with an online store if you don’t want to fulfill your orders? Every online order I’ve placed has taken a week or two to arrive, and that was after having to send them email reminders to ship my order. The first two times they sent me a second invoice (double billing me) and did not send me my coffee until I sent proof I had paid. I started going to planet bean when they were still roasting coffee out of that little storefront on Macdonnel, but dealing with the horrible service from their online store has destroyed the last of my goodwill towards them.
