I must say that Mary Brown's Chicken at this location has gone completely downhill in their service as well as the food they provide. I just placed an order that I am so used to ordering but little did I know that there were items missing in the order and I had kindly asked for no wings in my order yet there were. The items I was used to seeing, have been removed or are no longer a part of the fan favourite meal or so I was told by the staff who work at this location, but I was not notified by email or text nor was there any indication in the menu whatsoever. I do not always comment on this. This store got a new store manager(seems like) and it totally changed my experience. I walked into the store, order as always, the store manager, a very nice and friendly guy took the order and kindly asked me to wait. He took the order fast, send my order to my table, and greets me for a good meal, with saying “let me know if you need anything” While I am still eating, he came by and give me some extra spicy pounder saying “seems like you need more spicy, here’s more” So many different things like this makes me feel like I am getting the real “customer serv
