I was downtown and thought I'd treat myself to a nice lunch. When I walked in there was one staff member on her phone standing at the serving area, I asked her "Is this where you order?" and she replied "Order? No". I got a little annoyed and left. When I came back a couple minutes later I asked her "Where do you order?" and she pointed at the front counter which was empty. We went and took my order and I ordered the krave burger meal. The fries were nice and crispy and definitely above average for fast food fries. The burger was soft, mushy, and limp however the patty itself was a generous

Decent burgers with a bit of variety. I tried the barnyard burger and the regular. Both were flavourful with fresh vegetables. I especially like the fried egg in the barnyard burger. The employees were great, weren't rushed while ordering, and even took time to answer my questions as it was my first time there.

Atmosphere and service were both great! Unfortunately, the hamburger bun was stale to the point it was chewy and the beef patty was dry. The fries were cooked so long they were completely crunchy and hard to eat.

Location in the heart ❤️ of downtown is perfect. Parking is an issue. Layout and decorations, stylish and modern, it is the type of burger restaurant. Cleanliness is acceptable. Service is plausible and staff knowledgeable of ingredients. Time waiting to get served was ok Time to get the food was acceptable Prices costs me around average $20/meal. Tastes is good, not special Conclusion, if you look for small meals and affordable price, this one is good choice
