Had such an amazing experience at Water Polo during my vacation in Halifax. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, and the presentation was beautiful as well. The restaurant itself has such a luxurious and chic design that makes the whole experience feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made us feel so welcomed. It was my first visit ever to Halifax. Everything was a discovery in particular this fine establishment on the wharf. It has quite the ambiance inside and a nice large patio, though it was too cold to sit outside. The tartare was tasty and our drinks were superb! If I lived in Halifax, I would probably decide this to be one of my go to places. 😎👍

For all my western Canadians, Water Polo seems to draw the same clientele and vibe as Cactus Club. (This is positive or negative depending on how you like CC). Or it’s like if an Earls started doing primarily seafood. It’s not necessarily what I was expecting, but it wasn’t a complete turn off. I liked the restaurant itself. Was there for the first time. Everything was okay. Not great and not bad. The service was friendly but did not check on us as often as I would have liked. The food looked really good and tasted okay. Again not bad but not wowed either. I had the roasted chicken. It was ok but the sauce I loved. The rest of my party had the Spicy Bluefin Tuna Roll and the miso black cod I believe. It was all ok... But at that price I would of liked a bit more wow factor. I'm sure there is some other amazing dishes.
