I was in town for a conference and decided I needed to have at least one poutine before I left the city. I love poutine so much I would consider myself a bit of a poutine connoisseur. Now normally my all time favorite poutine in the maritimes is from Ed Sub's in Miramichi. But this stuffing poutine has to be the best poutine I have ever had in my life and I don't say that Willy-nilly. I have had alot of poutine in my 27 years of life haha.
