Had an amazing first visit to B Side Social this evening, with a group of 5. The whole experience was amazing, from the time we walked in the door and were greeted by the GM Nicole who was warm, friendly, and welcoming. (And knowing we were first timers, made sure to let us know where the bathrooms were located, before we needed to ask. (Im not sure why most places don't do this. The experience my family and I had during new years at this establishment was 10/10. It was our first time eating here and the service from the minute we walked in the door was friendly, attentive and quick. The host was amazing, the server was amazing and the owner was fantastic. We came by months back and I forgot to leave a review. By far one of the best leadership in a restaurant I've encountered. We ordered 2 seafood boil and they were wrong because we didnt mention specific food preferences, it was 100% our fault. Management was so kind about it all, came by and spoke with us and our server was so kind about it too. Highly recommend from a service perspective but also the food was so delicious and the atmosphere is awesome too. Loved it all, thank you to everyone at Bside!
