I don't remember the gentleman who helped me yesterday but he was really nice and friendly. I signed up for their rewards program and because I missed their half birthday they give out via their rewards program he got me to pick a free scone! Very sweet of him to do! Will be going back as I love friendly service. Really loved their bagels too. Got the assorted package yesterday and already had 2. Really fresh and better than your average bagel anywhere else. 10/10 in everything.

Worst service I've ever experienced. I walked in with my 7-month pregnant wife and had to wait several minutes because the only available employee was busy negotiating a deal for what appeared to be counterfeit perfume with a door-to-door salesman. The situation felt completely unprofessional and out of place for a legitimate business.
