Placed my order on the Domino's app for pickup and paid full price because it said there were no deals in the app. Was very disappointed to see there were actually several deals for pickup orders when I got to the store to pick my order up.

I'm not a fan of their chicken - I've ordered three times (just to give them the benefit of the doubt), the first time was edible, and then it got progressively worse with more dryness, less cheese, and less sauce. The Stittsville location is so much better. I'm so disappointed by the quality control and care.

Pizza base thickness was hardly 3mm. Cheese and garlic paste were almost nonexistent. This has been my worst experience so far. I live far away from the store and still traveled because they used to be very good. Today I ordered using a Domino’s deal, and it honestly felt like there was a biased approach toward discounted orders with less money spent. Very disappointing. Very bad experience.
