You have to enjoy Country AND Western, but this place is solid. Good beers. Decent menu. Fantastic service. Dogs inside. Very cool C&W vibe. Distillers next door for whiskey if you want. Good place to stop.

Went in Sunday afternoon. Firstly Maya who served us was amazing. She was kind, responsive, and friendly. The drinks at this spot were amazing…they brew their own, and it shows. But they should stick to what they know. We came when the owner was hosting a children’s party outside. Maya explained that the food we ordered would take a little longer than usual. For context, we ordered a chicken sandwich melt and a garden salad… We waited an hour for our food - the salad was great, though the chicken from the sandwich ended up in the salad, and the melt became a mushroom sandwich. Great place. I deliver to home depot across street often but have not had the chance to visit until today. Food and beer were great. The two girls working were awesome!! I will be back. They had a one man live music who was great as well.

The food is pretty good. We had Nachos n Guac, Chicken Sandwich and Margherita flatbread. All of them very tasty. The service was good, attentive and really fast. We think that the menu lacks some options on mains. We'd love to see more proteins that really go well in a place like Pistols Brewery. Our suggestions are dishes like fish and chips, steaks, and chicken, that harmonize very well with the delicious beers.
