First time trying this resto. We didn't know we had this in our neighborhood. Fluffy pancakes are our fave. So far the best one we tried in BC. The volume is bigger than the other desert place we tried in Vancouver (FuFu Cafe) sandwhic here and the matcha is good too! :) We will definitely come back and try other food on their menu. Will update my review on our next visit. Can't wait! :)

It feels more like a place for special desserts rather than brunch. If you’re looking for an actual breakfast spot, I probably wouldn’t recommend this place. Unfortunately i visited here for breakfast 😇 By the way the soufflé pancakes were definitely beautiful, photogenic, and sweet. However, I personally felt that both menu items were a bit overrated. No hard feelings though — just my personal opinion!

We ordered the brunch waffle and the creme brulee souffle pancake, and both were so good! The pancake was bigger than we expected and super filling. Loved the atmosphere, and the place felt really open and roomy, so it was easy to relax and enjoy our time. We’ll definitely be back!

My close friend recommended this place, and we decided to try it out together. It was my first time having fluffy soufflés, and they were so good—super light, airy, not overly sweet, and packed with flavor. I absolutely loved them. We also ordered two drinks. I can’t remember the exact names, but I believe one was the Hiel signature latte and the other was an Einspänner. Both were very yummy and not overly strong, which made them easy to enjoy. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and I also live very close by, so it’s definitely convenient for me. One small thing to note is that the tables
