No wonder this location has such a low rating. The service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, had difficulty taking a simple order, and kept asking me to repeat it multiple times. To make matters worse, when an item was missing from the order due to their mistake, they refused to serve me at the drive-thru window instead of resolving the issue professionally. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Tim Hortons. The staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no interest in fixing their mistake. I am not one to make a review...but I really had to this time... As soon as I get to drive-through, I was rushed and told to be ready at the window with my payment method. I didn't think much of it but after coming here for years I found it odd all of a sudden I'm being told to be ready to pay at the window. As I get there, there was no "hi"/"good morning", etc, I was served with the debit machine to my face and I politely declined so that I can have my points card scanned first. I ordered 50 Timbits through Uber Eats, but there wasn’t a single chocolate glazed Timbit in the box. Does this location not carry chocolate glazed Timbits? Otherwise, I can’t understand how there wouldn’t be even one included. When someone orders 50, it would be nice to have a good mix of different flavors. A bit disappointed this time.
