I worked as a restaurant manager in different countries for 10 years and I know what I'm talking about. We ordered steak with caesar salad, sweet potatoes with sauce, pizza-pasta. The quality of the steak was poor. The sauce to the sweet potatoes was very bad (tasted like my homemade mayonnaise). Also, we had to pay an extra $4 to change the regular potatoes to sweet potatoes.
