I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a pretty good experience overall. The food and coffee were fresh and tasted great, especially the donuts and iced coffee. The service was quick, and the staff were polite, even though it was a bit busy. The place was mostly clean, but a few tables needed attention. Prices are reasonable, which makes it a convenient spot for a quick snack or coffee. Overall, it’s a reliable place to grab something fast, though cleanliness and wait times could be improved during busy hours.

The ONLY positive thing about this location are *some* of the staff! Some of the morning ladies (usually training someone) are friendly and even remember my usual order/requests! Otherwise this is a terrible location that I would NOT recommend unless you are using the drive-thru! I have found a blade and needles inside the washrooms on more than one occasion. You CANNOT enter or leave without at least one person begging for money at the front doors. Awful place! Paid $4.19 for a medium ice Cappuccino? Asked for staff to hold it behind counter while I used washroom & asked for my drink when I returned & was told "my drink was already served to me" when I assured staff That never happened I was Confronted with Very disgusting language By any woman & then Threatened? I'll be calling some Chain heads Today & get these nasty people fired Along with my money back!. Pathetic Couldn't even use the facilities it was so disgusting inside with filth

Yesterday evening I came to pick up my DoorDash order. There was a girl here, Nepali. My order was ready. I just told her that I came to pick up my DoorDash order. She started talking like this every time you come. I can't stand it. I said, I wanted to tell Just Up that I am from DoorDash. My order was ready too. But still, she disrespected me.
