Chameleon , Maple Ridge Finally managed to try Chameleon after thinking about it since I moved to Ridge. We went for dine out which was a $55 three course meal. We arrived a little early for our reservation so they invited us up to the bar for drinks while we waited. The bartender ( I wish I had got his name ) was an amazing employee, his banter was friendly and genuine and the cocktails were perfection. Fantastic experience all around — great food, excellent drinks, and a really good atmosphere. Keegan was outstanding: friendly, sharp, attentive, and distractingly good-looking to the point where it almost feels strategic. Thankfully the service was just as impressive as the menu. Stopped in for a quick drink on Friday night which turned into a great meal. The staff were very personable, Samantha had me seated promptly without a reservation, after a short seat at the bar. Taylor the server recommended the crab cake and lobster bisque, and the bartender made me a great espresso martini as I waited for my table. Would highly recommend for those who are looking for a nicer venue in Maple Ridge.

We came in without a reservation and they were able to accommodate my friend and I on a busy Saturday night which was amazing! The cooks made our steaks perfectly, the sticky date butter and warm bread was delicious! The bartender did an impeccable job with our drinks. The Empress No. 75 is delicious. Our server, Samantha was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. 5 stars all around ⭐️
