The $25 combo is such a great deal. We ordered an extra large noodle and it was enough food for 2 people for dinner and lunch the next day. The food is nothing special but it’s pretty good for the price. Their noodles have a really nice bouncy chew. The braised beef soup noodle and the dry meat noodle were ok. The claypot rice was good but only had a bit of “fan jiew” crunch at the very bottom. The 口水鸡 was just plain poached chicken with chili oil. It didn’t have much flavour. We tried their $25 double meal set combo, and overall, the food was good and definitely worth the price. One thing I did notice was that the meat portion in the noodles was on the smaller side. The broth and noodles themselves were satisfying, but it would feel more complete with a bit more protein. Service was solid, even though it was a busy time, which I really appreciated. The braised meat was super tender and packed with flavor, not dry at all. I also loved the pickled vegetables on top, it added a perfect balance and made the whole bowl even more satisfying. Portion size is generous, and everything tasted fresh. Even the simple greens were cooked just right. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, great for a quick meal but still feels authentic. This is the best claypot rice and handmade noodles in town. The Sheng Jian Bao and pan-fried dumplings were standout snacks, featuring perfectly golden, crispy bottoms and incredibly juicy fillings. The handmade noodles were clearly fresh with a satisfyingly chewy texture, served in a light, fragrant broth that felt clean and nourishing. To round it out, the hotpot rice was deeply savory, especially with those delicious bits of toasted, crunchy rice at the bottom of the bowl. Every dish felt high-quality, fresh, and handmade—highly recommended for anyone craving a soul-warming meal.
