Very disappointed with the service today. There is a large sign at the door stating that any Large drink comes with a 'Peel to Win' sticker. I ordered TWO large QQ Lychee drinks, but after I paid, the staff refused to give me the stickers because I used a $3 reward. This 'fine print' was never mentioned beforehand. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. If you're going to promote a giveaway, you should honor it or be transparent about the exclusions before customers pay. I will never buy from Chatime again.

Loving the new self checkout kiosk! Placed my order quickly and even had the chance to browse the menu just to play around with it. Super quick and responsive. There was only one person in front of me ordering from the regular cash and I got my drink in almost no waiting time at all I was having trouble pushing the straw through and the person behind the counter helped out by saying the paper straws have a different technique where you have to strike it at an angle Love the little tip and the drink taste great and consistent like other locations Great job overall!
