lovely Korean coffee shop and one of the best spots for morning coffee in the area. The service is excellent and very friendly. I also like that you order at the cashier, then they bring the order to your table, so there’s no need to wait for your name to be called. The prices have gone up slightly, around a dollar or so, but I still think it’s reasonable because their prices were very low at the beginning. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and it’s a great place to start the day. Highly recommended!

Nice cozy vibes, but that was it for me. Coffee was ok, nothing special. We ordered a panini (which was good) and a banana bread with chocolate chips (still looking for the banana and the chocolate...).

It is the sort of modest corner spot that quietly does its job without pretense. The space is small, just enough seats to keep it intimate rather than crowded, with a couple of outdoor tables for those who find traffic oddly therapeutic. Watching the cars crawl up and down Royal Oak does feel a bit like observing salmon insistently pushing upstream. The coffee and croissants are perfectly serviceable. Not the kind that makes you write poetry, but certainly good enough to start a day or to pause in the middle of one. Daily fuel, not a grand affair. My one wish: if the croissant arrived on a p
