I usually have great experiences at this Second Cup location, but my experience in the drive-thru today was incredibly disappointing. I placed a mobile order ahead of time and specifically requested to have my muffin heated up and cut in half. When I received it, it hadn't been heated or cut at all. To make matters worse, the employee who took my order at the window told me she would "be right there" with my drink. Love this location, love the patio, the employees are fantastic. But the thermostat situation is rough. It was 28 degrees outside and the thermostat was set to 25 inside! No need to cook the inside customers and staff.

Second Cup deserves way more love in Canada. It feels like they’ve been completely overshadowed by Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and every other coffee chain out there, and honestly it’s disappointing. Their coffee is consistently good, the cafés are cozy, and it actually feels relaxing compared to the chaos of other places. I wish there were more locations because they’re so hard to find now.
