I don't like to be very critical while reviewing a restaurant, let alone a franchise like Tim hortons, but I felt as though I had to share my recent experience with this particular location. I went through the drive through around noon, and I waited about 5 minutes in silence at the speaker before anyone took my order. After getting to the drive through window to pay, the employee was very miserable looking. She did not say hello, and she did not say anything else other than "bye" after I had paid. I’m a regular and always get a Large Steeped Tea double double and a bacon English muffin. The service is always great. I can leave my pup outside for a few minutes with no worries and when I take the drive-through it’s always fast. Today the employee Simran even double checked with me that my tea was good yesterday when they had made a fresh pot.
