I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! Dilpreet provided wonderful service. she was friendly, polite, and very attentive. She even gave me a muffin, which was such a kind gesture. Just went through the drive thru… is customer service dead? The person on the intercom’s first words were “what do you want?” and then when we finally made it to the window, we were left for 5 minutes with the window closed with no indication of why there was a delay. All we ordered were two cookies. When she finally showed up, she opened the window, didn’t reply to our hello, shoved the card machine at us, gave us the cookies once we paid and then closed the window. Not a single word uttered. I understand that it’s 6 pm on a Saturday and that they’re busy, but this isn’t the way to act when y

Everytime I come here it seems like they’re prioritizing drive through which I understand but not to the extent of completely ignoring the cashes. I stood there for over 5 mins an one one even looked at me. When they finally did acknowledge me, I ordered and the cashier walked away without punching in my order like I was an actual ghost. I’m no expert in fast-food efficiency but it doesn’t seem like a solid business model to have 7 people at the drive through and 0 taking orders at the cash
