I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The donut display was messy and unhygienic—items were falling out of the trays and scattered around the bottom. It did not look clean or properly maintained, which is very concerning for a place that serves food. Cleanliness and presentation should be a basic standard, but unfortunately this location did not meet expectations at all. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene and organization.

The bathroom here is absolutely disgusting. Considering both Wendy’s and Tim Hortons staff also use these facilities is outrageous. I would expect food service workers to be washing hands in a some what sanitary environment… the sinks haven’t been cleaned in over a week, the scum is growing mold under the hand dryers, the handicap stall toilet has an active leak which is a MAJOR safety issue as the entire stall is flooded. I would rather use the bathroom outdoors compared to this. I have seen outhouses cleaner. This review will also be left on Wendy’s page as it is a mutual agreement for both

At the drive through this morning I asked for my usual steeped tea, and a toasted coconut donut, and was informed they didn’t have toasted coconut. Ok, no problem, so I asked for a vanilla dip donut instead. I was told that vanilla dip donuts were discontinued. Thinking she must not have heard me correctly, I said “Sorry, did you say vanilla dip donuts are discontinued?” And she said yes, they have been discontinued for a long time now”, which is BS. Very disappointing and shocking experience at Tim Hortons late at night. We placed an order through the Tim Hortons mobile app and drove around 4 km because this was the only nearby location open around midnight. When we reached the drive-through window and provided our order number, the staff member first checked and then called another colleague who claimed to be the senior staff member. They informed us that the ordered items were unavailable. We then politely asked if there was any alternative food available, but were surprisingly told that they had nothing to eat at all.
