I honestly need to share my experience with this Tim Hortons location. Every single time I come through the drive-thru, I have to repeat my order three or four times. Despite that, I still end up receiving the wrong order. When I go back inside to politely explain the mistake, the staff do not seem welcoming or willing to resolve the issue properly. Then, after finally receiving the corrected order and driving away, I sometimes discover there is yet another mistake. It has become extremely frustrating. The Drive Thru line gets so long that cars in the line up obstruct other drivers...and cleanliness is a problem, sometimes. But overall, it's fine. Friendly Suggestion: Please put up a sign to remind drivers using the Drive Thru to "Please Keep the Crosswalk Open"...as drivers inconsiderately stop on the crosswalk...pedestrians then have no choice but to walk around the car

I ordered a coffee with vanilla syrup and paid extra for it, but the syrup was not added to my drink. When I went back inside to inform the staff, they did not acknowledge their mistake or apologize. While I was there, another customer also came in with a similar issue about a missing item they had paid for. The staff seemed to ignore the situation instead of handling it professionally. Mistakes can happen, but customer service and attitude matter. A simple apology and correction would have made a big difference. Very disappointing experience.

I would like to share my experience at this Tim Hortons location on June 12 at approximately 2:00 a.m. My friend and I visited the drive-thru and ordered two medium steeped teas, both triple-triple. The employee taking our order asked us to repeat it, and we clearly confirmed our order a second time.
