BHive is a perfect local café that does everything right. First off, the menu is no average café menu. They have gelato, milkshakes, frappes, some delicious baked goods and even Lebanese kaak sandwiches which I need to try soon. The atmosphere is another strong plus. Plenty of seating without feeling crammed. Comfortably decorated, I can spend hours working here in delight. The staff are amazing too, always receive friendly service from all of the lovely girls that work there. This ranks among my top 3 cafés in the city, and possibly my favorite downtown.

Such a great discovery. In a cute environment, whether you want to grab lunch on the go, have a coffee, enjoy a dessert or work/study, there is something to satisfy everybody. You will find a mix of western classics such as crepes, waffles, cakes etc and also a Lebanese twist with the kaake. Wide selection of drinks, from coffees to shakes. I will be back for different occasions.

The moment you walk in, there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere — you can feel how much thought and heart went into the space. The food is fresh and delicious, the coffee is excellent, everything on the menu is delicious, and made with care. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, grabbing a coffee, to work or chat with friends, it just the perfect spot. It’s places like this that make a neighborhood feel special.
