The tasting menu was a true culinary treat—beautifully prepared, full of bold and balanced flavour combinations, and clearly built around high-quality ingredients. March 2026: Recently went here for brunch with 4 other people! We were in for a long day and decided to get some good food is us. I got the Trout Cake Benny ($18) and Apple Cinnamon Tea Latter ($5). My friends got some chai lattes ($5 each), Chia Chia Puddings ($8 each), London Fog ($5), Dark Forest Feature Latte ($6.5), the mushroom skillet ($22) and the Brisket Benedict Brunch Feature ($20). I was lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. The mushroom dish was decadent without being too much. The server Saher was very pleasant and made sure that the services flowed. She even offered me a sample of the orange wine so that I could be sure if it was to my liking before ordering a whole glass. After supper, I waddled (lol!) thru the Remai Modern to burn off a few calories. The restaurant and the gallery were truly a wonderful combination to finish off my trip to Stoon.

This is hands down of the best restaurants in Saskatoon. I am from Montreal, and let me tell you, I felt like home after eating at Hearth. The staff are welcoming, the vibes are warm, and the restaurant is not too loud, thus allowing you to hear your partner. We started off with 2 Negronis, fennel sausage with polenta, mushroom dish, and for the main course we had the sea bass and the lamb cooked 3 ways. And for desert we tried the Sasktoon apple/berries pie, and the carrot cake. Everything we had was just pure amazing. Explosion of tastebuds. It was so good, that I forgot to take a picture of
