It is ridiculous! Even when I was placing the order, the lady just walked away and serve other customers without a world of “excuse”. And the burger has this spot. I can’t say anything about how disappointed about it. When I returned the order, another male server helped me and he apologized which is acceptable. The lady just ask the guy, did she mentioned she wanna report it? I was like, pardon me? If there’s no report, would you like to just ignore it? I think this report is so necessary.

They call this a smash absolutely disgusting and shocking how bad the quality is here place needs to get shutdown. Legit sad I paid money for this garbage. Keep in mind I was the only one that ordered and they had no other customers too

I ordered Mozza combo with onions ring rings and root beer, asked for teen sauce on the sides Patsy insists that she will give me mayo package. I asked again she finally asked the kitchen for teen sauce in the small container which opened. She dipped her finger in the sauce and gave it to me. The onion rings is at the warm to cold. I also asked for lettuce wrap for my burger she said she didn’t hear it.

This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I ordered peri peri potato buddy but the patty was completely cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. Food should be served hot and fresh, but clearly no one cared about quality here. It’s unacceptable to serve cold, stale food to customers. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the money.
