A winner in Langley. The food was very good and the service was excellent, exactly what Langley needed. Very special shout out to Zoe the bartender who also served our table. The epitome of what great customer is like. Friendly, knowledge, funny, engaging, and aware. She really enhanced the whole experience. I had the Tuna Poke bowl . Lots of tuna, and the sauce was unique AND excellent. My guest had the Chicken Mac & Cheese . Rich and heavy (as promised) enough to take some home for later. It received a solid two thumbs up. (Sorry, too hungry and forgot to take food photos) Next time

Second time coming here and it does not disappoint! Food and drinks are always great. They have a fairly wide range of options on their menu. Happy hour has great selection of both food and drinks, our server was so helpful and made some great suggestions! I forgot his name but he was a younger gentleman with nice tattoos on his arms. I ordered an aperol spritz and the ranchero bowl with prawns! It was also my father's birthday, they served an adorable stack of donuts with a sparkler! It was very sweet :)

A solid happy hour at Tap & Barrel on a Friday night. We were able to get a table right away, and had great service - quick and efficient, without hovering. The food was good and well prices for happy hour, and they had a very large drink menu. Restaurant was super clean and well cared for, and music was loud enough to create ambiance but didn’t interfere with conversation. I have no complaints about the food, though no one thing stood out. I would definitely return without hesitation, and see what the entrees have to offer.

When I first entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the atmosphere and interior design. The space felt stylish and welcoming. However, when I reached to our table, I noticed that all four chairs were dirty with leftover food debris. I had to clean them myself with my bare hands, and unfortunately, the staff member who seated us didn’t seem to care at all. That gave me a pretty bad first impression.
