Alexandrian coffee shop and bakery, specializing in croffles. Ordered: Tiramisu Croffle Americano First off, let me say I love the atmosphere here. It is quiet, it is clean, and its colours play very well together. Their design blend of Scandinavian minimalism and Renaissance boutique is very charming, and reflects the newly refurbished Fouad Street well. However, I must unfortunately say, their croffle, which is their prized item, was the lowlight of this experience. The tiramisu croffle was the only one they offered that day, and boy, was it a disappointment. The croissant base was cold, soggy, and stale. Its outer crust had no flake or crunch, but was rather leathery, and its inside collapsed in on itself. Any buttery flavour the croissant had to offer was instantly ruined by an inexplicable bitter aftertaste (Most likely the cocoa powder burning on reheat, something the savoirdi suffered as well). I was amazed by this cute coffee spot, Hush! From the layout and ambience to the coffee and pastries, it honestly feels Michelin star level ⭐ The green vibes and the view over the Mediterranean are absolutely stunning, so I had to give it a try. Their breakfast croissant was hands down the best I’ve had in years—perfectly fresh with just the right mix of turkey, cheese, and veggies. The coffee was spot on too. The staff are also super nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I was surprised to learn they just opened. I strongly recommend checking it out!

Hush Cafe is one of the good spots for specialty coffee in Alexandria. Their coffee is well made, and the availability of alternative milk options is always appreciated. The space itself is well designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating options depending on your mood. It has a calm, cozy feel with a minimal and comfortable atmosphere. It feels easy to sit, unwind and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the San Sebastian cheesecake at all. The taste and consistency were honestly dreadful. It was disappointing enough that I didn’t have the courage to try any of the other desserts after that. That said, I still go back for the coffee, which remains the stronger part of the experience.

Since its advertisements always pop out in my social media i have been wanting to try this cafe out and turns out it was quite a splendid kind of cafe. The staff were really friendly thats a good point but they do need to work with a bit of service. The food for me it was quite delicious especially their San Sebastian cake and thier croffles, the drinks were a bit sweet but otherwise its refreshing. It has a great atmosphere in the night since there were less people sitting in thier cafe but the environment was perfect. Thank you for having me Hush cafe, would like to come again someday
