Contemporary bakery cafe, specializing in artisanal croissants. Ordered: Plain Croissant Cappuccino Starting on a positive note, I would like to give the place’s atmosphere its due. The establishment has deceivingly spacious interiors as it turns a corner and faces both ends of the building. Its design is inspired by warm-toned, organic modern appeal that incorporates minimalist concepts with natural elements like ornamental plants and stone surfaces. Furthermore, their levelled tables, high availability of wall sockets, and easily accessible wifi make the place a great venue for getting work done. Now, as for the croissant, this is where my criticism begins. Was it buttery, flaky, and well-laminated? Yes, but it had one major issue. Despite appearing quite plump and airy, the croissant, I believe, was underbaked on the inside. Every time I’d ventured to cut the croissant with the provided utensils, the layers of the croissant seemed to collapse in on themselves and turn into a den

I love everything about this place. The staff were so nice, I asked one of the staff the recommendation from the pastry. And honestly I was surprised of how big the size of the bakery goods are. I tried Ice Latte, it was so good. Background music was not played loudly which added the atmosphere to be more relaxing because I’m not prefer a cafe with loud music. Also there are plenty of seating, which this place suits for big groups. I’d definitely be back when I’m in Alexandria.

I had trouble finding a place with a good quality coffee till I found Tim’s coffee. The coffee is super good and not expensive as well comparing to the quality. I wish they open in Cairo 😢♥️. The staff is extremely helpful, nice, friendly and attentive. I went for three days in row and the service was at the same level. I wish I will come back and find it the same way. The place is clean and cozy. I’d like to thank the staff specially Eyad.
