“I was at London Café, Bole Main Road branch, and once again we ended up with disgusting food 😭 I ordered the smoked chicken pizza and the tagliatelle with arrabbiata sauce both were terrible. Honestly, if you don’t want to ruin your meal don’t order food here.”

The service was disappointing. We waited 15 minutes just to get a menu, another 15 minutes to place our order, and the food took almost 30 minutes to arrive. The staff completely ignored us throughout our visit. The place could also use some cleaning, especially considering the prices, and there were flies everywhere, which made the experience even worse. The food was okay, but a bit overpriced for what you get. However, the ice cream and cake were definitely worth it.

All style no substance. The service is very poor. Only ordered food and soft drinks. No drinks arrived before the food, even the ones from the chiller Some of the drinks came out after like 40 minutes, arriving after 2 of the meals had been tabled. Another 10 or so minutes for the third person's meal to arrive. Add another 10 minutes for one of the drinks arriving circa 20 minutes after their meal. Again, these were all ordered at the same time to the same waitress. No apologies for taking an age to get the drinks. And to drive home the annoyance, this included soft drinks that you just have to get out the fridge. Why does it take 40 minutes to get? Bloated menu, average food and bad service. Price is fair for what I expect of Bole, but needs a lot of work on service and timings of food and drink delivery. Would not recommend.

Worst cafe experience ever. Terrible service, poor management, and total disorganization. I had to wave my hand repeatedly just to get attention and waited nearly 30 minutes for a menu. Completely unacceptable. The location and view are nice, but that’s the only good thing. With so many locals and foreigners visiting this area, this place gives a bad image of our city. Do not come here if you value your time.

The place looks fancy and expensive but it’s very cheap and also a very good food. We tried London burger which is big for 1 person and tastes great. I can say best burger spot. And the price is really cheap too
