On a windy and cold night in March we stepped into Tandem and had dinner. We chose a "tapas"-like approach and selected the onion soup and the braised agneau. The main dish consisted of grilled pulpo and steak with fries. The dishes were delicious as was the regional wine. While the pulpo's tentacles were fried a bit too much, the steak was perfectly cooked. The room was quite small and crammed given the number of dishes and service was a bit slow - but it might be due to a birthday party that took place there at the same time. We liked the concept and the food and recommend Tapas.

One thing to be aware of: the menu has changed! The wild boar has been replaced with l'araignée du porc and I believe the salmon dish and lamb shank were replaced. Anyway. This place was phenomenal! This is one of those places where you know the chefs are artists, because every meal has at least one aspect of it that just really takes it over the top with how good it is, and it's usually not all that common. My amazing pork came with potatoes, hummus, and a rosemary gravy that was to die for. My brother's truffle linguini was impeccable. Make sure someone at the table orders the Greek salad,
