The two ladies who served us were friendly and knowledgeable; they were also interested in imparting their knowledge because they could see we were interested. When my French floundered - or to include my husband in the conversation - they spoke in English. It was a very comfortable restaurant. I didn't feel out of place being dressed in casual clothing. In brief, the food, wine and service were pretty perfect.
