As tourists, we felt incredibly welcomed here! The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Lussine, who was so kind, friendly, and attentive. She even brought water for our dog without us asking, such a thoughtful gesture! The whole dinner felt relaxed and enjoyable, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and service we received. 10/10

We ordered pizza and the dough felt like it was frozen, just like a ready-made pizza. We ordered mozzarella burrata, but it came with huge and spoiled lettuce — it was terrible. The food is edible, not amazing, not horrible but fine, but the prices are Insane for what I received. The waiters are kind, really, but heavily inefficient in my case... I don't know for other people around me at that time but 4-5 waiters, barely 1/3 of the tables were taken, and they forgot about me for more than 30min, when I finally decided to insist about having the menu, then 10...15...20 min passed and I insisted again to order. Terrible experience! I paid 9.5 euros for a tiramisu that tasted awful !! — clearly old, fridge-flavored, and not fresh at all. The place inside is dirty and overpriced for what you get. The staff was rude and never smiled, and they didn’t even provide a plastic spoon! Totally not worth it — never coming back.
