We were lucky enough to sit in the beautiful garden, which is a peaceful retreat, thoughtfully decorated with a lovely mix of plants including bonsai and hydrangeas. Amazing experience! We were lucky to get in without reservation, but definitely recommend calling ahead - people were turned away for lack of space without booking in advance. We stopped by this Japanese Tea House on a rainy day, and it was the perfect cozy escape. We had the ramen with French pork (not chashu) in a soy milk broth — rich, creamy, and exactly what you want on a chilly day. The most magical coffee shop of Colmar! It is located in a quiet street inside a beautiful house. It's a cozy and modern Japanese tea room that also serves savoury food for lunch like ramen. But I only tried the sweet food and drinks. I had the matcha mousse which was shaped in a bunny and served with a berry coulis. It was light but tasty! My Husband had the dango which is a kind of mochis served on a skewer. It was intriguing but good. The black sesame latte was good too but the Sakura tea was amazing. However, I suggest you to book online before your visit because it's really busy. We vis
