This was my second time visiting this restaurant having dined at their previous site a number of years ago. Returning did not disappoint. The food continues to be excellent. Incredibly fresh ingredients and dishes that burst with finesse and flavour without being fussy. The tasting menu and wine pairing is fantastic value for money. Perhaps the lighting in the dining room could be lower to create more atmosphere in the evening -small note. Best restaurant in Colmar. Delicious.

Excellent food, wine, and service, with laughter emanating from the kitchen. What more can you ask for? Our fois gras entree and veal sweetbreads main were original, perfectly portioned, and delicious. The reasonably-priced pinot gris grand cru was a well paired with the meal. Lovely dessert, too.

This is my honest review of the restaurant Quai 21 in Colmar, Alsace, France. A pleasant restaurant nicely located along the river, close to the Ferris wheel and the Christmas market area. The restaurant is situated on the pier, near the Grande Roue, in an area that is usually very lively during the Christmas market season. The restaurant has a modern vibe and design, the food is ok, platting is nice, the service is fine (one of our waiters was nice a professional, the other was a bit grumpy and less professional), the sitting is more or less ok. Not really impressed by this place, especially as I went with great expectations.
