A very special experience, fresh ingredients lovingly prepared with some wonderful flavour combinations. Everything is well thought through with some unexpected petits fours. The selection of local wines was very reasonably priced and the sommelier let the wine breathe before we tried it. The attention to detail was commendable. We were there on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was full,with a vibrant mixture of clientele, which probably says it all. Overall very good value.

We stopped there on our way to the south of France. What a happy "mistake". This was AMAZING. First, the team is extraordinary, efficient, nice, smiling and welcoming, plus it's a family business ! The food was delicious from start to finish and if you go there I would definitely recommend you to ask for the purée of the day (which is delicious), one of the best purée I have ever eaten in my life. And you definitely have to try the chef's speciality " Ris de chevreau" ! They have nice wine recommandation and they cook regional products. Don't forget to reserve, but you will clearly not regret

Friendly and informative staff. Everything was beautifully presented in interesting dishes and very tasty. The only comment maybe was to provide a spoon for the food served in a bowl. The chicken dish today would have been easier to eat. The restaurant was full so booking is necessary ( just make sure when booking it’s the one in Châteauroux) The non alcoholic cocktails were both very refreshing and not overly sweet as is often the case. My brother and sister in law had the glass of wine with each course option and really liked that. For me the price makes it a special occasion restaurant, but
