I ordered a glass of Côte de Premeaux red wine, which was very smooth, not astringent at all, and extremely enjoyable. The Bœuf Bourguignon façon Léon had a pleasantly sweet-and-sour sauce with a subtle wine aroma. The beef was slow-cooked to perfection—very tender and literally melted in my mouth. The creamy onions on the side were also delicious. For dessert, I had the Tarte des Sœurs Tatin with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. The apples were perfectly soft and bursting with flavor.
