We had lunch here during our visit to Versaille. La Flotille was an excellent choice, we were satisfied with the food and we loved the atmosphere. Service was polite and courteous, at the same time kind and very attentive. We tried the cod steak with a refreshing white wine and the Tarte Tatin. We sat down at around 11:30, and it was easy to find seats but it became very crowded later. We haven't made reservations beforehand. I would definitely eat here again, it was a great experience.

We visited during a Paris heatwave, and despite the intense temperatures, the large covered patio provided plenty of shade and stayed surprisingly comfortable. Paired with a chilled glass of wine, it was the perfect place to cool off. It's an excellent spot to stop for a meal or drink after exploring the gardens or enjoying a boat ride. The service was warm and attentive, the staff were friendly, and the setting is absolutely beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and soak in the atmosphere.

This place was a highlight of our trip to Versailles. It was the first time trying traditional French onion soup, and I was absolutely impressed—it was amazing. We also had the croque monsieur and a selection of cheese, both of which were delicious. The restaurant has a beautiful decor and offers a stunning view of the gardens. It’s filled with natural light and has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. Given the prime location inside the palace grounds, the prices were very decent. A perfect spot to rest and refuel.

The place seems interested only in the flow of tourists, not in their experience. The service is rushed, lacking professionalism and attention, and unfortunately, the food does not meet expectations. An experience focused more on quantity than on quality.
