Sandra Baki★Incredibly non-friendly (to the point of hostile) reception by the person (man) working there. He refused to host us even though there were many empty tables on the ground floor and upstairs. The person clearly shouldn’t be working in the hospitality business, definitely in the wrong profession and clearly too much attitude for nothing really. Truly pathetic…😂😂 In response to your reply, I would like to add that it is not only 'What" you say but "How" you say it and this makes a huge difference on how people perceive whether you are friendly or not. You didn't smile at all, you told us off
