Very nice, smiling and considerate waitress. The wait is rather long, considering how small the restaurant is. Vegetarian options are available on demand, but are overpriced considering the simplicity and the size of the dish compared to those on the menu. Overall though, it's a good experience when taking into account the quantity of food included in the menus.

Had a surprisingly good time here. Was craving for some Japanese when we chanced upon Dozo. Place is very simply decorated, with what I thought was too much on their menu. But service was friendly and Chef Yves took really good care of us. Didn’t expect much initially, (afterall it’s Asian food in France. 😬) but the Sashimi and sushi was surprisingly fresh and the Chef even showed us photos of the whole tuna that our sashimi was carved out from. Lovely.
