Let's be honest.. this is a very good place for lunch or dinner.. however there are a few small issues that need addressing. Otherwise I would have given a 5. We arrived at the restaurant at the noon and we were taken to a table immediately. The server was very nice, told us about the food and drinks options and took our orders. However from then on till we left the place, the whole service for us was really hurried, really rushed. It felt as if they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. This is a tourist destination and they don’t expect repeat business. My husband and I ordered two different steaks with a 10€ price difference and they served us exactly the same cuts of beef in different sauces. We pointed this out and they shrugged their shoulders. My advice is go some where else where they care about their food and their customers.

Super warm welcome. We didn’t reserve a table and the staff helped us to still get a table. Then they proceeded to help us, non French speaking people, to explain the menu in English and served us very kindly throughout the evening. The food came and was really good as well. Overall it was a lovely evening, with great food and amazing service! Would definitely recommend going to Zaza if you want to have a pleasant evening in Nancy!
