We stopped by Ma Pause Bio for lunch in Narbonne. The place is cozy with a nice atmosphere and a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. However, we found the food a bit underwhelming. The salad was too heavy on the lettuce and lacked variety, and the wraps, while generously sized, had too much dough and not enough filling. In any case, it is a decent place if you're looking for healthy options, but the dishes could use a bit more ingredients.

Great experience having lunch here whilst visiting Narbonne with my girlfriend. We googled "vegan food" and this was the top hit. We received a super friendly welcome, were asked where we would like to sit, and then served almost immediately after ordering. We took a portion of soup to share and two burgers (labelled as veggie but suitable for vegans) which were both fantastic and full of flavour. The chef really is talented.
