Chicken was overfried and really dry. But the worst thing is we’ve both got poisoned by it and spent the next day in sick condition

I should have read comments before ordering from here. To summarize, they just can’t get the orders right! I ordered 1 meal box (1 burger 2 tenders and some small stuff) and 3 chicken wings as add-on. 1st attempt: meal box, no chicken wings. 2nd attempt: 2 tenders replaced with 3 wings. I got impatient and mentioned that I have a train to catch. One young lady said “Miss, we are not your slave.” 3rd attempt: a man wearing hairnet offered to check the order before handing to me. After 3 attempts and approx 20 mins, they finally got it correct. Ofc I missed the initial train. Food: wings extreme

I paid for the food, they told me the payment didn't go through, I went to pay again and they told me to go upstairs and wait. 15 minutes passed and then they told me they weren't preparing my order, even though it had arrived an hour later. Terrible service, irresponsible and unprofessional. And they only brought me a couple of potatoes. Don't eat here.

It’s still good, but there were major hiccups today. One of the chicken tenders in my bun wasn’t fried at all, and my Pepsi came with some kind of confetti and bits of food. When I went up to them to have it changed, they ignored for a solid 10 minutes despite making my presence known. They served my girlfriend a salad with no fork. My brother’s menu was fine. Tables were very dirty upon arrival and we had to clean it up.
