Terrible food, nobody in my party could finish it. The ordering computer issues two tickets, the first is your card receipt and the second is your order receipt. I didn't take the second and when my number was called the staff refused to give me my order even though I was able to tell him what it was and there were ony 3/4 other customers in the pace at the time. None of them were claiming my order. Eventually I got it but common sense would have been so useful! I seems you have to wait 5/10 seconds for the order receipt to be printed. My first time in an O Tacos and will be my last

I ordered a chicken taco. The chicken was overcooked, some pieces burnt even, and there was way too much sauce even though I asked for only one of the two sauces. Furthermore, the concept of only being able to order on a touchscreen is not to my liking. I will not be returning here.
