My wife and I stopped at this restaurant after seeing the many positive Google reviews. The prices seemed quite reasonable at first glance, the manager was friendly, and the sunny terrace was fantastic. We ordered steak tartare and ribeye steak; the dishes were decent, nothing special. However, the homemade fries were excellent. We then decided to have dessert, and that's where my rating plummeted to 3. The menu stated that the homemade tart was served with ice cream. When my slice of tart arrived, I immediately pointed this out to the waitress, who told me it came without ice cream. I re
